At the start of Term 4 (2008) Ben Milne took over the Training Band from Lindsay Paterson who started if off in 2001 in response to a lack of players in the main ensemble.
Several of our leading players commenced their Hyde St. experience in the Training Band while other senior members use it as a means to become confident upon a different instrument.
